Refund policy

In the event that a hat does not fit or is not the right color, a customer can exchange for another size or color within 14 days of purchase.  Please return in original package and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Hats must be returned within 7-14 days in original packaging, with no visible evidence of damage or wear.

If a hat arrives damaged a customer can receive a refund.
