Shipping policy

All Hats are shipped using United States Postal Service for first class and priority rates.  We also ship larger wholesale and bulk orders and offer UPS option or ground parcel shipping rates at check out. Shipping rates are determined at check out based on weight, items, and delivery location.   North Ferry Hats is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and encourages a customer to notify their local Post Office branch for shipping concerns.
